2. Our Services
We provide professional website design, website redesign, landing pages, business websites, e-commerce websites, SEO-friendly website structure and ongoing website support. The services included in your project are those agreed with you before work begins.
3. Free Website Previews & Payment
We offer a free initial website concept so you can see what we could build before committing. Requesting a preview is free and carries no obligation. You only pay once you've reviewed the concept and you're happy to go ahead. Payments are taken securely via Stripe.
4. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a fair number of design revisions, agreed with you before work begins. Substantial changes to the agreed scope may affect the final price, and we'll always confirm any change with you before proceeding.
5. Content & Materials
Where you provide content, images or other materials, you confirm you have the right to use them. Where we help create content, this is agreed as part of your project scope.
6. Website Ownership
Once your project is completed and paid for, the website we build for you is yours. We'll always agree with you clearly what is handed over at the end of a project.
